  • After we wrote our last review, an employee from shark club contacted us wanting to know more about our experience. It was very refreshing to have someone care about our time. The employee was very apologetic and actually sent us a gift card in the mail to allow us to have a better experience next time. Having someone show they care like this feels great, we will absolutely go back and give this place a second chance! Thanks so much.
