  • Terrible service from the Henderson office. Late on the closing due to their own errors. Never got the payoff from the seller's lender until it was already late on close. Never communicated with the buyer's agent, not even a courtesy to give a status after they screwed everything up. Never owned up to their mistakes. Service just got worse after that. VP had to be contacted by the lender to get things done. Just terrible when home buying is stressful anyway.
