Frontier Airlines is the worst. What used to be a reputable and respected airline has now proven themselves to be the bottom feeders they truly are.
For anyone who reads this and is thinking of traveling DO NOT USE FRONTIER AIRLINES!
They are by far the worst airline customer service in the industry. There is NO phone number to call to actually speak with a human being, and if there is it is so buried in the website and the app leaving the only the person capable of finding it is the IT nerd who buried it there. Frontier executives, you ought to be ashamed of how flight 744 from Las Vegas to Denver was handled on Friday 6/22/2018. You left passengers stranded in an airport for nine hours with no explanation, no concessions, you could of at least provided a voucher for lunch! But no the passengers will board the plane and you'll charge them for a cup of ice and a splash of coke with a 300% mark-up. WTF!
I know you have your side of the story, and the customer should be treated fairly and HONESTLY, and provided the truth with a solution to FRONTIER AIRLINES problem. You can't tell me it takes 10 hours to put a backup plan such as a replacement aircraft at the gate, In working order of course, to resolve the problem and show the customer that Frontier Airlines has the balls to own up to what appears to be poor business management and extremely poor customer service.
