  • Since NY & Co. would not publish my negative review on their website to avoid the truth, I am posting my bad online ordering experience here. This is the exact review: I ordered 1 dress and 1 black pants online. The pants was too big and it is returnable by mail only. I called CS (Dante) and was informed that a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from my refund amount if I use the return label that came with the order. So what is the point of sending a PRE-PAID label if customers can't return using that label?? In conclusion, this company hates returns & exchanges and would stress out buyers with all their bs until we no longer want to do returns/exchanges.
