  • I have been going here for eyebrow threading and waxing since 2012 as the salon is right by my office. After my waxing experience yesterday with a younger female (wish I asked for her name) who can only be described as rude and suffering from a major God-complex I will never be returning. She picked a fight and essentially called me a liar saying she's incapable of making a mistake as she is a trainer and has worked "for the government for 8 years" - if I wasn't shocked by the terrible customer service I would have laughed in her egomaniacal face. The two stars is for the people (especially the older aunty) who have always treated me with respect and done a decent job. The threading - while never perfect - was always quick and convenient. I'm guessing sanitation is somewhat lacking as I always had one or two itchy bumps after my eyebrow threading which I don't get at other salons.
