  • Trip started strong, the layout of the Suite was nice to have an area separate for sleeping since we have two young children. But then a few things happened that took my 4-5 star way down! First off, the bathroom smelled like straight sewage. So did the one at the large grotto pool. My daughter refused to go in them it was so bad. It was a newly renowned room but you could tell they did it quick and cheap. Then to find out on the day we left that there's an additional $24 "resort fee" "just because".... Huh??? Don't you think that'd be something you told your guests who already paid for the room? Wasn't that the "resort fee"?! One phone didn't work, paint job was pretty bad, old fixtures. Blah. The pool was fun for the kids and the people were nice but that's the only reason it didn't get one star!
