  • We just moved here 3 weeks ago and we love it. We rented a 2bed/2bath on the 3rd(top) floor. We got a renovated unit with new carpet, paint and granite countertops. The extra bathroom's tub and the closet on the other room are bigger than the master's, which is a little weird but both are still big. We got a view of the pool and the mountains. From our balcony you can see the city at night, we even saw the New Year fireworks show. Administrators and maintenance crew are very nice and they work fast. The heater wasn't working and the guy that works with them was on vacations so they gave us a room heater until he came to fix it 2 days later. They have a very nice complete gym and a wi-fi room that are open 24hrs. The parkings are not assigned but there's always plenty so we always park in front of our buildings. The only bad thing is that people don't pick up after their dogs even when they have various pick up stations in the grass areas.
