  • We had originally gone to this studio due to a great Groupon deal, but had some reservations because of some negative reviews on Yelp. We had a WONDERFUL experience at this JC Pennys Portrait Studio! We were checked in promptly and only waited for a few minutes before our photographer, Susan, came out to greet us. She was very professional and warm.... she made the whole session go smoothly. This was quite a feat for we had a moody teen and a puppy in our group! She offered many wonderful suggestions for poses, props, and packages, but was never pushy. We were very impressed with the results and will love our family portraits for years to come!
