  • A beautiful spa in an old building. The massage therapists are very high quality and I enjoy the pools. Note: I have had bad experiences with the nail lounge in the basement. A - who puts a nail lounge in a basement? It's dark, its got no receptionist so you just wait there not knowing if they're coming for you and they overbook the technicians so you feel like you're put through a meat processor. The last time I was there I was actually cut by the technician and bleeding, she didn't put on my flip flops and I was in pain for days. Granted my complaint to the check out ladies yielded no fee for the service but I also asked that the manager call me which they didn't. I didn't get to speak to the manager while I was there because he was dealing with two other people in front of me who had similar experiences. I'm not just criticizing the technician, I really feel the nail lounge is consistently overbooked and the quality suffers - not to mention these poor ladies work in the dark. But all this shouldn't overshadow what is otherwise a beautiful spa.
