I can't even describe my frustration right now.
I went into Tyndall and found a great bedroom set. The sales person was very helpful and I walked out thinking I would get it in 2-3 weeks, as promised by him.
I call two weeks later and learn that it was not in stock as I was previously told, and they still had to make the rails for the bed. Yep, the rails weren't even constructed yet. I was then told that they would "probably" be made the next week and I would "probably" get it a week after that.
So I call back a week later to check, and he says he still doesn't see it in the system. I ask what that means and he can't give me an answer, and so I ask for the main office number. I call the main office several times before I get to a real person. Finally, I get a hold of someone, and they tell me that since they had to make the rails, the ENTIRE set was now out of stock (I'm not sure how that makes sense) and I wouldn't get it until mid-OCTOBER. More than TWO MONTHS after I purchase it.
So naturally I ask for a refund, and while the person on the phone said he would do so, really didn't seem to be all too concerned with my situation or the fact that I've wasted a month without a bed set and would now have to start from scratch in looking for one again.
Total and complete waste of time.
