  • I had an interesting experience in this store. I happened to be wearing a lanyard around my neck with my car keys on it. (There is always the possibilty that being like a little kid, I could lose my keys LOL so on the lanyard they go!) I was approached my multiple customers asking me for help. At first, I couldnt figure it out. Then BOOM, I realized that I looked like a store employee with my orange lanyard with Japanese Anime characters on it. I quickly removed my lanyard, so that I could continue shopping without having to assist other customers with their shopping. It is sad to note that the store associates who were also wearing lanyards were not around and not assisting customers. Possible employee shortage? I did see a few strolling around and chatting with each other. Overall this store is a typical Kohls. Its clean. Plenty of parking outside. And a bit lacking in employees.
