  • Customer service was terrible. They scheduled a massage for me when the office was closed. Got there, the door was locked. I called the office and left a voice mail. Received a call back 30 minutes later stating I was being charged for the massage even though I was there and couldn't get in. Could not believe how rude the person who answered the phone was. Beware. Trying to get my money back but seems impossible. Beware!!! They are after your money!!!
