  • Tracy is the third trainer I've worked with in my life. His knowledge and dedication blows the other two out of the water. I hadn't worked out consistently in several years, and I found Tracy via Yelp. I can confirm that the 5 star reviews are all warranted. In our first couple sessions, Tracy asked a ton of questions about my goals and lifestyle in order to give me realistic expectations for results, and specific recommendations to get there faster. He is 100% up front about what it will take to get me where I want to be. He completely tailors my workouts toward my individual goal physique, and he holds me accountable, even texting me randomly to check in on my diet. I know I don't have the discipline or knowledge to get in the shape I want on my own (I am busy and a procrastinator). Having a coach like Tracy who is encouraging, while pushing me to be my best has really made me look at working out differently. I look forward to gym sessions now. That is not something I could ever say before.
