  • Service person named Michael helped me last Saturday with car I had towed to Oreilly's. He went above and beyond. I thought I had a battery problem which tested out ok. The service person researched potential problems and the recommeded I talk to "Joe" who was gruff, but helpful. Joe recommended Ron Fassl Automotive LLC located at 903 N. Miller Rd, Suite B in Tempe, AZ and was this a positive experience. The car required a new starter. Both business, are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. As a female my experience with car repair is a feeling of being taken advantage of and this was "Not the Case", Highly recommed both business.
