However, my big beef is not with this store, it is with Chico's online service. When I tried to purchase a .99 item on their website, it wouldn't take the 60% off discount. I tried calling (58 in the que!!!), I tried their Live Chat (didn't work, no response!), and I tried sending an email (no response!). Therefore, I was unable to purchase those items during the one-day online sale. I still want to purchase them at that price and feel that they should honor my request due to their service being down that day. Chico's, obviously you need to hire more staff, as you are missing the boat, and if you continue down this path, you will soon be out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
