I'm not usually one to use third parties for Apple replacements as I normally am diligent on getting AppleCare, but this last time I forgot to get it and of course I broke my screen the week before I needed to exchange it for my upgrade. My initial experience with the rep here wasn't great, but Cesar was quick to remedy that...The previous reviews are accurate-I wish I had asked for him from the beginning! Knowledgeable and great customer service.
