| - Einstein, I find your bagels to be delicious, especially the Asiago Cheese ones (but only if they're made right - which at this location seems to be hit or miss).
In particular I like this location, it's clean, it's in a nice area (loving me some Rocky River these days), the customers sometimes seem to be a trendy/yuppie crowd & I like that, and the staff is helpful-'ish'.
On Sundays for some reason I've found the place to be a mad house with a line to the door. I consider their bagels worth the wait so I won't complain too much. I was disappointed; however, during my last excursion for a weekend breakfast treat - their cooler appeared to be inoperable and all of their drinks and cream cheeses sat in melting buckets of ice - which seemed a little bit questionable.
The ordering process is easy (it's the traditional "order here, pay over there" type deal), you will need to repeat your order to the person at the register - so make sure you don't forget it. Best customer service out there? Certainly not, but eh, what can I say? It's typical of most if not all bagel joints I've been to.
I've heard talk that this location may be closing. Only upside is they may move farther west (read: closer to Westlake), which would mean I don't have to drive 15 minutes down Detroit for some deliciousness. However, I may just miss taking the scenic route!
If you're going to try out some Einstein I'd suggest picking up a pretzel bagel or some challah, they're different choices than you'll find at other bagel bakeries and might turn out to be your new faves!
PS - Their whipped Plain or Chive cream cheeses get an A+ from me.
