  • Staff are not friendly and beverages aren't correct on a regular basis. I went in one day and there were no stir sticks. The next day there were short spoons instead....how would you stir a venti with a small spoon? Could have walked to their location 2 minutes away for some stir sticks or bought some at the dollar store in the same plaza. Not so smart. I prefer the location on Aukland...the staff are friendly and my drinks are always made perfectly even when I mobile pay. The 2 minute walk is worth it!
