  • Worst people ever! I called them from San Diego to pick up a couch and love seat from Avondale Costco and deliver it to our new home in Buckeye. They said that they usually do a 4 hour minimum, but they would give me a set price for the job. I left SD very early in the morning to meet them for the pickup. When they were not there at the agreed time, I called. I was then told that they would no longer do the job for the agreed price, they would only come do the job if I would pay the 4 hour minimum. They admitted that they had given me the set price the day before, but now they changed their mind. I called back the next day and spoke with the owner, and he didn't care at all about the way his customers were treated. Early in the conversation he told me he had fired the employee who I dealt with, but later he said he would get the same "fired" employee for me to talk too. When I asked why he would be there, if he was fired, the owner said that now he does the security for them. Yeah, right. Company is not honest, and cares nothing about customer relations. I wish I would have looked them up on Yelp before I called them!
