  • Desert Data Recovery is top-notch. Tim and Nicky are my heroes! I gave them a very troublesome Western Digital Passport but they went the extra-mile and refused to give up on the drive. Despite failed read heads and a problem with the circuit board, they saved my data. Their customer service is fantastic. They are very friendly and kind. Nicky kept me well informed along the way and that helped to ease my concerns. I am so thankful for their determination, their expertise and their high level of customer service.
