rev:text	Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever encountered!! We have 2 black card memberships and went in to ask simple questions about our services, was so frustrated with the lack of knowledge and courtesy with employee at the counter as WELL as DUMB manager dealt with, we decided to cancel our services. Will take our $40 bucks a month elsewhere, where they value their patrons!!!! Suggest you do the same!!!!! What a joke!!!!
