Went here for brunch one beautiful Sunday around 1030am. Jobot is easy to find, next to our favorite gem of a bar, Lost Leaf. The restaurant is quite small as it is a converted bungalow, which in my opinion adds to the charm of the place. We were greeted and welcomed in immediately. There was probably room for about 25 or so people seated inside and at the bar, and then another 30 outside on their patio which was already filled with people.
I ordered the jo-rrito & a chai and my husband ordered the country breakfast and a coffee. The woman told us to expect a little wait because they were just starting to get busy, which we totally understand and have no issue waiting. We took our seat with our drinks and I'm glad we got there when we did, because there was a sudden line out the door! You wouldn't be able to sit at the bar during this time as the line stretches past the seats, hugging them, so there would be no room at all to get in and sit at the bar comfortably.
We probably waited about 20 minutes for our food which was brought out to use. I was pleased that the jo-rrito was not the size of a football like most breakfast burritos are. It was normal sized! yay! I might be able to finish this... and I did. Husband loved his country breakfast which was layered with a bean paste that was quite tasty. Everything was delicious and hit the right spot. All in all, we enjoyed this place and give it a healthy 4 stars.
