  • My mom drove from LA to Henderson in a PT cruiser that my dad fixed up for my niece, who would be road tripping back to Texas in the car. Over the weekend, we had two great interactions with Honest 1 Auto Care. After my mom arrived, she took the car to Honest 1 to get an oil change and to take a look at the AC, which wasn't working well. They were awesome and were more than willing to keep my father (who spent months rebuilding the engine) updated via the phone. The morning that my niece and sister in law were heading out for Texas, the car overheated within 10 minutes and we went with them back to Honest 1. It was thought at first that the radiator fan was bad, but they didn't have the part in stock, so one of their employees DROVE MY MOM to AutoZone to buy the part. That was incredibly kind! When they got a better look, they discovered that just a clamp was missing/dislodged and it would be a somewhat easier fix than expected. Though the morning was long (they were waiting for us to get back from autozone with the part they thought was needed), they finished the actual job within 20-30mins. They were very well aware of how crazy the past couple of days had been for our family and curveballs with the car, and gave us a GENEROUS discount off the cost of labor. Seriously AMAZING service. We are so grateful! I'll be going to them anytime I need my car serviced. Highly recommend!
