  • I have been taking my car to firestone for the past 25 years with great results. Unfortunately, the Cave Creek location has made some drastic changes with very bad results. My problem was as simple as low oil. I have just recently purchased a CVT car . I have very little knowledge of this type of engine. Plus the dipstick is very hard to get and accurate reading on. So I took it to professionals , so I thought. They said they couldn't diagnose the problem of the noise. And even though they have done all the oil changes on my car, this is not something they looked at. It is very sad, but I will never go back. Another mechanic had it fixed and back on the road in less than 30 mins. I have had a long history with you Firestone, but this is the end.
