Very disappointed with Paws today. After buying 11 bags of special diet dog food we were expecting to receive our 12th bag free today but were told they could not find our card?!? The food is expensive and this was a freebie we were looking forward to. We have made a point of buying the food at Paws every 6 weeks or so to ensure our money was going towards that free 12th bag. We paid full price for our dog food today and will follow up with the store early next week to see if they were able to find the conveniently lost card. I expect we will then take our business elsewhere and would suggest Paws invest in a computerized system to avoid these issues going forward.
