I've been going to Glamour for about 8 months now and was happy I finally found a nail salon I could regularly go to. Kim and Anna are great! Kim is my go-to for gel manicures and pedicures every couple weeks. I loved her so much that I would book my next appointment with her before leaving. However, I'm never going back because I recently arrived for my appointment and found out that Kim was not working that day. That is the second time that's happen to me and shows they don't value their customers. I don't live close to Glamour Nails and I go out of my way to get my nails done here. A simple phone call would have been great to let me know Kim was not working that day. I ended up finding a different nail salon near my house and will be going there from now on. Sorry Glamour but you really need to focus on your customer service!
