  • The person is struggling entering the right information on the system. Have to repeat myself 5 times. He is cussing while on the phone blaming the system. If there is any other company nearby, I would rather deal with them. Rude and unprofessional! But the person that picks up the package at home is awesome! He is so courteous and dedicated.
