  • I had a great experience with Hertz rental car located at Skyharbor airport. I was quite skeptical based on previous reviews however due to the price points and additional airline miles offered through Southwest I figured we would give them a try. Check-in was quite smooth, and although all the extra upgrades were offered I declined and was not pressured. My reservation was ready and the type of vehicle that we wanted (an SUV) was quickly available by going downstairs. We had no issues with the vehicle for the 10 days it was rented and returning the SUV was very easy. Once we pulled it into the lot and attendant verified that I had filled it back up with gas due to declining the fail option and printed a receipt that was exactly what was quoted from the original reservation. I will definitely be renting with Hertz in the future
