  • I can only speak for the store since I have not used the salon. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired especially from a particular male employee. My first run in, I was looking for a shampoo and this employee kept insisting it was on the floor and even showed me the section/shelf it was suppose to be at on his phone. He finally came over to look himself and guess what?? It wasn't there!! Ha! Another time I went to return an item. Same man was at the register. When he asked why I was returning it, I guess my answer of "I got it for a better deal online" (It was from Too Faced) pissed him off since he began rolling his eyes and sighing really hard. I had other things I was purchasing so when I came back to the register he seriously didn't even acknowledge me even though he was the cashier?? Oh well....Ulta does have good sales and there is not another one close to me when I'm in AZ so I guess I'm stuck.
