  • Usually Starbucks has great customer service - but at this location I was shocked to see employees ignoring customers, including myself. I stood in front of 3 employees when it was my turn to order and not ONE of them acknowledged me or asked me what I wanted to order for almost TEN minutes. If I could give zero stars I would.
