I've been going to MAC for over 7 years and yesterday I went to this location to return my makeup because the shade was extremely dark. Anyways I get to Mac and the lady explains that I'm not able to return my color because it doesn't match the receipt. Well... how is that my fault? I was given the wrong color? I used it one time and the lady tried telling me it was half full. The manager also told me that he couldn't do anything for me because he didn't want to mess up his inventory. Don't get me wrong there are a few sweet girls that work at MAC that always help me but I am not going back to this location!
