  • I am glad he does such great work, as I really cannot attest to the quality of his work. We called and scheduled a time for him to come to look at our house and give us an estimate. When he was 45 minutes late, I called. He apologized and said he got held up on a job and was just leaving for our house. He then asked what time our appointment had been scheduled. He said he would be here in 30 minutes. An hour later he showed up. Anyway, he and my husband discussed our needs in detail and we indicated we were interested. He said he would email us a quote. After he left I realized he did not have our email so I emailed it to him and told him we were anxious to receive his quote and hoped we could work with him. My husband, not realizing I had emailed him, called him. He said, thank you and that we would have our quote in a couple of day. That was the last we ever heard from him. No call when running late. No call, email, nothing to say he did not want to do the job, or anything. In my book he is not a responsible, reliable business person.
