  • Was going to a different coffee shop and was circling around to find parking when I spotted Vesta out of the corner of my eye, so, decided to give them a shot as they are a roaster. Glad I went in. Large, open, contemporary space. Roaster out in the open along with sacks of beans. Plenty of space to sit and relax with a cup. One of the longest lists of pour over options re: bean varieties I've seen. Very nice roast, well executed pour over. Friendly and helpful staff (one of the women working that day ran over [literally] with a napkin when she noticed I was having a minor issue). Decent sized parking lot next to the building. Will be making a stop anytime I am near-by. Will be buying some beans for brewing at home.
