  • Be wary buying gift certificates from massage envy. My husband received a gift certificate in December and had not used it until last week (July) He called their office to see if it was still good to use. He was told verbally on the phone that it was still good. he went in and checked again before his massage to confirm. They checked with the manager and then told him yes it would be honored. When he was done with his massage, they told him that it was Not going to be honored. And that he owe full price for massage!!!!!! Bait & switch situation. I would not recommend buying GIFT Certificates from them. We won't again
