| - First I must say, this place is amazing. It's a lot of fun. I've been here twice now and I returned after my first time going because I had such a great experience.
However, my second visit on July 23rd was disappointingly terrible in every way.... Everything seemed normal when we got there but soon it became apparent that wasn't the case this time.
First we had a rude attendant inside the bazooka ball area, usually I ignore it if it's only one person, you never know what's going on in their life so I give them the benefit of the doubt. However this attitude was carried by All of the staff the entire time we were there. Also inside finding staff was impossible. If you haven't been here let me explain that many of the attractions require staff's assistance and monitoring.
They had one girl running the climbing center, the poor girl was running around by herself trying to monitor 5 people by herself and because there was only one of her doing everything it took forever because she has to hook and unhook each person every time they wanted to do something per the rules. She clearly needed another persons help and last time I was there, they had two people.
Next the ninja course had no one there. We sat around waiting for several minutes for someone to finally show up from the staff area. Then the guy just left after only two in our group went and people started doing it on their own.
No one was around for the bumper cars and no one ever did come around when we waited in line and tried to look for someone. We actually thought it was broken until later a staff member finally came out and started it for some kids, ran it once and then the kids left and so did the employee.
No one was at the arcade prize area.
Both laser games said they weren't operational?
The place smelled bad and was dirty.
There was one girl helping people go to the up stairs platform, but she was extremely unfriendly, clearly didn't want to be there, she never made eye contact with anyone in my group. Then her and the girl running the zip line at the top closed the platform 30 min early kicking us off after we had only been up there 5 minutes. Apparently they wanted to take a break and decided to close it for the rest of the night. We were not happy.
We went to the front desk to complain about the service and you'll never guess. No one was there.
We looked around and we could only find two staff workers. The guy in the food court and the girl running the climbing area. Everyone else was no where to be seen.
Other people were starting to complain at this point too. You couldn't even do mini golf because no one was at the front desk to give you tokens for the golf balls.
I have to say I was extremely disappointed because my first time coming here I LOVED it. It is a really fun place, but they clearly need better employees and management because the service me and my group had was awful and I don't know if I want to come back now.
