  • Apparently new ownership means new attitude and one that I am not a fan of. I took my dog here because of how amazing the staff was and how much they helped the rescue I was fostering with, but this last dealing with them left me very upset and appalled at the attitude I received from Dr Panuska. They said Dr Herman was on vacation because he is usually who I deal with, also their prior manager Sandy was fantastic and she is no longer with them. With all these changes the higher price for services here and it being out of the way of my house just isn't worth it.
