  • TL;DR Deals are amazing, Eric Johnson was great to deal with, they treat you well and really want to get you what you want. I would know because I was huge pain in their ass for a month. Before I delve into my experience with Audi Pittsburgh I'd like to note that I'm an IT engineer by trade. I examine large systems for a living. I ask detailed questions and pose unlikely scenarios in order to test the limits of any system I'm working with. In short, I try to make sure I understand explore every aspect of everything I do. Being frustrating is sort of my job. That said, my experience with Audi Pittsburgh was amazing. Most importantly my experience with Eric Johnson and Jason Zanackis(sic). I went in looking at the new Q7(amazing car, but I won't go into that). I must have sent Eric over a dozen questions via email, text, and phone. I had Eric and Jason explore multiple options to get me the car I wanted as fast as they could. I made them look high and low for exactly what would fit me at a time when almost no dealership has any of these cars. And they never once failed to fulfill a request, answer a question, or meet one of my demands in a timely and business-like manner. Every email I sent, Eric answered promptly, all my questions asked were looked into, every request I made was explored in an attempt to get me the car I wanted in the time frame I wanted it. They managed to find a car that fit my needs almost perfectly in literally a fifth of the time ordering one would have taken. The deal I got for the car was infinitely better than any other Audi Dealership in a 100 mile radius. I know this, because I contacted all of them for a price on this car. I also told them the price Audi Pittsburgh was giving me and asked them to match it. Not one offered to match their price. So while I can't say they will always have the best deal, at least in my case on a new 2017 Q7 in the month of February 2016, they did indeed have the best deal by far. The dealership was clean, had a nice drink/coffee bar(of which I partook far too generously) and was comfortable and well laid out. My final point in closing is that the thing that truly made me buy this car here was how I was treated. I haven't always been in a position in my life to afford cars of the luxury caliber and having purchased many cars from used lots or different market segment brands, I know that car sales people can be arrogant, superior jerks who pressure you and try to manipulate you into wanting what they have. I visited various dealerships in an attempt to find the car that was the right fit for me. Acura, Infiniti, Cadillac, Volvo, Land Rover, BMW, I stopped in at all of them. The only two that displayed any class and respect when dealing with me were the Cochran Dealerships. Granted I only visited the Cochran Infiniti and Audi dealership, but both of them treated me and my wife respectfully and went out of their way to be accommodating to us. I can't speak for the other Cochran dealerships, but these two at least, were the best of my experience out of all the ones I visited.
