This is a review solely based on my experience in the service department. I purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot from another dealership this summer. The other day I was Christmas shopping and my car almost didn't start...panic mode, right? New cars aren't supposed to "not start"...that's why I fork over an arm and a leg every month to not have this problem. I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from, no dice. They couldn't get me in until Saturday (mind you this was Monday). I honestly couldn't wait that long to have a reliable car as I am a student and with finals coming up going to class isn't optional. I waited a day and called Arrowhead Honda the following morning and spoke with Mike. He was able to get me in within a matter of hours. HOURS. The other dealership couldn't get me in for almost a WEEK. I drove my car down, told them to take care of whatever needs to be done, and to give me a call when it's ready. I received a call at approximately 1pm from Mike informing me that my car was ready. He explained my battery was bad and had it warrantied, and also of some other minor repairs that he felt should be done, both of which he was also able to have warrantied as well. I wasn't able to pick my vehicle up until later that evening due to work, but when I did my car was in excellent condition and was sparkly clean! I really appreciate Arrowhead Honda for stepping up and being able to help me on such short notice, even after openly telling them I bought from their competitor. Going forward I will call Arrowhead for all of my service needs, and am happy to pay the $100.00 deductible required to have warranty service done out of the original dealership. I am a Honda girl all the way and plan on enlisting Arrowhead Honda for my next purchase.
