Our house was 100 degrees inside because our air conditioning broke in the Phoenix summer. We have a home warranty company but because they couldn't get anyone to us right away they allowed us to call an "out of network" contractor. We chose Canyon State after the positive reviews. When I call I explained that we could pay up front costs and seek reimbursement from the warranty company later BUT the technician would need to speak with our warranty company to have the repairs authorized. They said "ok"
The technician arrived and it was suddenly a different story. The technician was there to collect his service fee but refused to talk to the warranty company. The technician left us with a non working air conditioning and a 100 degree house because they refused to get authorization from our warranty company.
So disappointed with Canyon State and clearly they don't care about ac repair at all...just collecting a service fee
I would not recommend Canyon State to my worst enemy. They come for their service fee but don't want to get authorization from the warranty company to do the actual repair.
