  • I wish I had a similar experience to the rest of you. I called first thing in the morning and John stopped by a few hours after. He told me a need a new mother board, so we agreed a new computer was in order which I bought with an hour. I called John to arrange to meet so he could transfer my data to the new computer, but Didn't hear back. Called twice the next day and I've never heard back. Terrible customer service!! Not someone I would ever call again.
