rev:text	Pros- have semester leases and random roommate arrangement under certain conditions. This complex is built with convenience in mind. There's hallways and stairs that link to other businesses such as Walgreens and fresh. Whether you're going east or west, there's conveniently located bus stations on either side. Service is good! + they sometimes host food vendors in the atrium. Beautiful rooftop patio as well. Cons- losing your door key or fob is 65$ each. Letting you up to your apartment is 35$...so make friends with the front desk staff. Quality of the apartment furniture is subpar and many of the wood floors are scratched up. This sba apartment will suck your checking and savings account clean with all its a la Carte services and outlandish rental rates. My electricity bill ranged from 70$ to 150$ total because the heating/cooling system is an energy hog. Although lucky takes care of most of the bills, electricity must be split between roommates and whoever lives in room A in any apartment is relegated to paying the bill( like literally your account is charged for the electricity + 25$ for sba to process if you don't set up an MGE account under bedroom As name because its written in the lease)...lesson learned either live alone or don't choose bedroom A. Coming home after class becomes long when people stuff themselves into the elevator and press every level in the building. Coming home on a Weekend night/game day/holiday gets even more hectic when there's a throng of inebriated people trying to squish themselves into an elevator. If lucky found some type of way to fix this that would be nice. A lot of people visit for social events and what not and are in awe at how fancy the complex/decor is, but there is so much more to think about when you're choosing an apartment. Overall, this isn't a bad place to live, but in the grand scheme of things it isn't as good as it's made out to be.
