  • Had been online for over 40 minutes with a chat rep. Porting over two lines from sprint to my account, adding two lines , getting two phones, and changing my plan to accommodate to additional lines to my already 4 lines. Chat rep said they would be ready for pick up at my local store got an email the next day my order was cancelled because the store didn't have two iPhone X. They cancelled my whole order ! Instead of saying hey you want to go to another store or we can send them to you ? So I went Into this store already upset over my wasted time. Josue helped us listened to my whole story and very strategically helped me. Worked everything out in plain English so I knew exactly what was happening what I would be charged and what would be the best plan to fully take advantage of. He was very very knowledgeable. I know exactly what to expect on my next bill and even walked out with some more discounts on my direct tv bill! Josue had a great sense of humor and was patient with all my questions. If you go in make sure you see josue !
