  • We had an emergency with our salt water tank and called Mark, apparently the owner. After wasting 4 hours of our time, he claimed he didn't want to "waste time sending out someone" to help us. Yep. REFUSING TO HELP US. I was looking for someone to come out every 2 weeks to help us with our large tank, but it wil not be these people.
