  • Why oh why Quest did you close the wonderful W. Arby southwest location?? This place needs some work. I realize the public and this line of work is probably not very pleasant. BUT if you are working a customer-facing position you could at least act like your customers are people. Thank goodness I made an appointment. The tiny waiting room was super crowded. There were only a couple names ahead of me on the appointment sheet. No one greets you when you come in, wasn't even sure where to sign in. Woman taking my insurance info at check in was just busy, she was polite enough. But I went back to sit down and then Angeles sort of called my first name - I wasn't sure if she called me and I glanced over to her but she wasn't looking at me or acknowledging she was calling for me. Then she muttered my name again real unfriendly like and I guess that meant I was supposed to go over her?? I walk over and she muttered something rudely about how am I going to take care of that? I didn't quite hear her and I asked politely for her to repeat, and she abruptly said you have $150 balance how you gonna pay for that? She didn't explain what and I thought it was insanely rude the way she asked for payment - I asked for a copy of the statement and I got attitude. Then she gave me paper and looked down as if to dismiss me. Okaaaay I guess I'll sit down then. The lab tech Nora called me and she was quite pleasant, very personable. Thank goodness I made an appointment. I was there for just 30 min not that bad. But sheesh I don't like to complain about people unless it's really inappropriate behavior Or really bad service. the way that woman at payment desk spoke to me really irked me. Either be nicer and get some customer service skills or work somewhere that doesn't require you to talk to people??? Nobody likes to get their blood drawn ...but nobody likes a grumpy bum either.
