  • Great food but gone downhill overall. The decor that was once whimsical is now tired and neglected. You will see chipped wall paint that hasn't been fixed in years, and you get a dingy feel overall. Yes the chop salad and some of the food is great. But not enough to ignore the other flaws. Our waitress was nice, but there were some serving incidents. For example, some of my salad had fallen out onto the table, and when she was picking up our dishes--I'm not making this up--she scooped up the pieces of corn and lettuce off the table *with her bare hand* and threw it on the plate. I was just speechless. And then shortly after she handled my credit card. Did she wash her hands? I doubt it. We were grossed out and won't go back. Adios Cowboy Ciao.
