  • I've been coming to Cityview Dental ever since I moved to Toronto (3 years ago). The service here is unlike any other dentist experience I've had. The Dental Hygienists are all very knowledgable and friendly. I always have a nice chat with them every time I visit. I tend to ask a lot of questions to try and understand what they are doing, and you would think they would get annoyed, but they are all passionate about what they do and don't mind educating me. The dentists are also very thorough and passionate about their job, so you always feel like you're in good hands. Even when I'm afraid to getting certain procedures done, Dr Liu is always good at making me feel comfortable and safe when getting needles in my mouth. They are also very honest with me. They never pressure me into taking more services, even if I am due for x-ray, filling, clean-up, they let me make the choice. Unlike many other dentists who perform services and then charge you by surprise after. They always check with my insurance to ensure their services are covered before doing any work. The office is always very clean. They have complimentary drinks and always offer me a bottle of water. Also, from an environmental perspective, I noticed after my last visit they switched their plastic bags to eco-friendly paper bags. It's very rare I find businesses that operate the same way I would run my own. I always refer my friends and family to Cityview dental. Keep up the great work!
