  • I hate giving poor reviews, especially when I had such high hopes for a great experience. The ambiance is great, I'll give them that. Everyone was very nice...except my hair stylist, Donna. Our first interaction was literally " Let's talk about what's wrong with your hair. What happened?"...not exactly a welcome you want from someone you're trusting with your hair. I went in for a standard cut and highlight and nothing "happened" to my hair previously. The entire time, I had to defend myself for what I wanted. Donna insisted that she has been in the business for a long time and I clearly had no idea what I wanted. I would advise staying away from this specific stylist if you're looking for a relaxing experience. On the flip side, my boyfriend got his hair cut from another stylist and loved it!
