  • I was looking for a landscaper for yard maintenance. I originally filled out the "Get in touch" form a few times on their website and never got a response back. I then called 3 times Friday and Saturday leaving one voicemail Friday and finally reached someone Saturday who told me to send over pictures through text and he would send me a quote. I took photos of the yard and sent them over and as of Monday 6pm I have not heard a single word back. As a single homeowner I don't have hours to devote to chase after a business to get a quote. Literally, I made 7 attempts with getting a quote... If you're too busy to accept new customers then put that on your voicemail/website or you could have said so when speaking directly with me rather than having me waste more time taking photos of my yard!
