  • Used them once before. Fixed a leak, but they didn't have an air gap for my sink (but the plumber showed me how to fix myself). Thought that's why HE was coming out. Even so, I called again early this morning for help on another issue...the very unconcerned young lady on the phone told me all the plumbers were out...when I called back at the end of the day (since I had no return call to schedule an appointment) - I asked if they had more business than they could handle and the same young lady arrogantly responded "Yeah, we sure do!" - so I am going somewhere where my business and referrals will be appreciated.
