Stopped at the dealership on Labor Day to look at an Audi A3 E-Tron. We drove the vehicle and it felt a little funny to us; which we addressed. We were told that they would send it to their shop to have it looked at. So, I waited a couple days and then left Michael (used car salesman) a voicemail in regard to the vehicle. Keep in mind, this was mid day and never heard anything back by the end of the day Wednesday. So, on my way home from work that Thursday around 6pm, I decided to stop in since I haven't heard anything from them. I talked with the used sales manager and he told me the car has not been sent out to his techs to have it looked at as of yet. He again, took my name and number and said he would call me when he found out more. Today (Tuesday) I received a phone call from Michael that I missed as I was working. So, on my way home I called and asked to speak to the used car manager so that way I know for sure I'd be able to speak to someone. I got in touch with him and he told the the car was looked over and it was good to go. As I waited over a week to get a response for the vehicle, I put an offer in on a different E-Tron and was working out a deal as Chapman didn't seem in much of a hurry to make a happy customer, along with a sale. I shared with the manager how I felt about the process and he told me that I was 'WRONG'. Completely inappropriate and very unprofessional to tell a customer they are wrong. Also, I tried talking and he kept interrupting me and talking over me. I then told him to update his records as I wouldn't not consider buying a vehicle from Chapman. Coming from a managerial position, it is completely uncalled for to have this kind of attitude towards someone you are trying to work business with. I will not use Chapman for any of my future purchases this has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I will share my experience with others.
